Production is global. The product like all vinyl flooring is produced in China. The colors were developed in the USA and the manufacturing technology imported from Germany. From the factory located near Shanghai, more than 3 Million M2 are shipped every month, 90% of which are exported under the strict international Floor Score certification.

Originally, the collection has more than 30 color patterns, however for the Brazilian market, color patterns that best serve the local consumer were selected.

“We took from the collection the dark, reddish woody patterns and those with extreme color variation between the rulers” comments Walter Rocha, Director of Artisan.

“It's no use importing a broad line with colors that are not welcomed by the Brazilian consumer. Brazil does not follow fads, especially in the south of the country the consumer is more conservative. That's why we opted for a small collection with 5 color patterns, which perfectly meet the consumer's taste”.
